FRUITWARE is able to supply a wide range of flavor from any kind
of juices 100% natural, from brazilian origin or not, conventional
or organic, aseptic or frozen, cloudy or clarified, with special focus
on the citric fruits (Orange, Lemon, Lime, Tangerines and Mandarines),
but also on the tropical fruits (Pineapple, Acerola, Pink Guava, Mango
and Passionfruit).Through an excellent relationship with the most
important industries in Argentine and Chile, FRUITWARE is also capable
to offer juices/pulps of the fruits from the moderate climate, such
as peach, apricot and also those several “berries” (red
fruits) typical of the colder climates. The juices/pulps can be suppliers
in the following ways:
a) Single-strength or NFC (not from concentrate):
is the juice/pulp obtained by the grinding of fruits through a natural
process, conserving all inherent characteristics, separating only
the seeds and bagasse of the fruits and already packing in accordance
with the preservation method – aseptic or frozen. This way,
the product keeps its whole original characteristics of freshness
taste, resulting on a product totally natural being practically ready
for consumption.
b) Concentrates: is the juice/pulp
obtained processing the fruit, firstly separating the seeds and bagasse,
and then the product goes thru the evaporator in order to extract the
water, packing it in accordance with the preservation method –
aseptic or frozen. The final product is essentially the solid of the
fruit entirely pure and natural.Commonly, the process to obtain the
concentrate juice/pulp allows the extraction (separation) of other several
components of the fruits, such as the Essential Oils found in the peel
as well as the Aromas extracting during the evaporation called Water
phase and Oil phase. For the citric fruits, it is also possible to extract
the Terpene fund in their bagasse.
c) Cloudy or Clarified: the processing
to get the juice/pulp (or NFC) always results in a product with standard
level of pulp inherent to each fruit. However, the final product can
further be clarified, either through a process made through micro-filtering
or through an enzymatic process, where the pulp content is reduced drastically,
in accordance of special specification of buyers.
2) ESSENTIAL OILS, TERPENES & AROMAS
FRUITWARE is actually one of the biggest suppliers
of Essential Oils, mainly the ones extracted from the citrics (Orange,
Lemon, Lime, Tangerines and Mandarines), as well as the Essential Oils
extracted from the Coffee (green or toasted), Basil, Menta Arvensys,
Patchouli, Eucaliptus Citriodora, Cupuaçu, Castor beans, etc.We
pay special attention to the Basil Oil, which product contains high
level of Linalool that can be extracted by distillation, being 100%
natural with 97% purity. This Linalool is able to replace that one extracted
from the Rosewood Oil, which trees are in the extinction list.Follows
below some details of the several types of Oils extracted from the fruits:
a) Cold Pressed Oil" (CPO):
it is the Oil extracted from the peel of the fruit, by cold process.
The product is centrifuged and further polished in order to reduce its
wax.
The most important compound of the Essential Oil is the aldehyde, which
standard level is between 1.1% a 1.2%. The variation of the climate
during the crop, with cold or warm weather trend to result on a product
with better level of aldehyde – between 1.35% a 1.70%, which are
better valuated in price by the buyers.
Products with aldehyde above this level or below the standard is considered
out of specification, with consequent devaluation of pricing.
As high is the aldehyde level, stronger is the characteristic odor of
the fruit.
Its main application is for food industry, chemical and pharmaceutical.
b) Terpenes:commonly found in the
citric fruits, it is obtained during the concentrated juice extraction
process, specifically extracted from the bagasse, known as D´Limonene
or Citrus Terpene.
Through the distillation/concentration process of the CPO it is possible
to extract the Orange Terpene as well, with higher level of pureness
than D´Limonene. Both products are very efficient as solvent application,
100% natural and considered biodegradable.Their main application is
in the industries of cleaning, as an excellent greasy cleaner. And also
have vast application field in the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetics.
c) Oil phase: it the aroma of the
fruit, obtained during the process of evaporation (concentration) of
the juice, with the reconstitution of the gases evaporated during this
process. It has multiple uses, especially in the fragrances and aromas
industries.
d) Water Phase:this product is properly
the flavour essence of the fruit, obtained during the evaporation juice
process.
It is used on different formulations for industries which want to better
the flavors of their products.
3)FRUITS AND VEGETABLE IQF ("Individual
Quick Frozen")
Those are entire fruits and vegetables which are well
selected, washed and sanitized, being further quickly frozen in order
to keep their whole characteristics.
The most common process of freezing is the one made using liquid-Nitrogen.
By this process, the fruits and vegetables has a better shelf-life and
can be stored for long time.
